We are pleased to host the AIT Basics Seminar (Advanced Integrative Therapy) on November 6–8, 2026. This three day continuing education event is for mental health professionals seeking additional training in a gentle, evidence-informed approach to trauma treatment.


Learn to safely address trauma while supporting clients as they:

Process traumatic experiences without re-traumatization

Modify unhelpful beliefs and cognitions

Build internal resources and resilience

Develop practical coping strategies that promote greater independence between sessions

Continuing Education: 24 NBCC credit hours through Full Circle LLC

Learning Objectives

Upon completion, providers will be able to

• Explain AIT's theory of trauma and its psychodynamic foundations

• Utilize muscle testing (MMT) and somatic cueing with clients

• Apply core AIT protocols including the Trauma Protocol and Core Belief Protocol 

• Conduct AIT case analysis using the AIT Roadmap

• Demonstrate competency in AIT's Three-Step Transformation

Presented by Ruth Cordova, APC, AMFT

The seminar will be led by Ruth Córdova, MS, LAMFT. Ruth has been a licensed therapist since 2006 and AIT Teacher since 2008. Over the past two decades, she has used AIT extensively with clients experiencing Complex PTSD, OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Depression, Dissociative Disorders, and other clinical concerns.

Continuing Education Information

Full Circle Training, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7991.
