Rates & Insurance

We believe quality mental health care should be accessible to all and offer a sliding fee scale based on household income and assets. To qualify for our sliding scale, please be prepared to show proof of assets/income or unemployment before your first appointment.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards, as well as health savings accounts (HSAs).

Insurance

Several of our clinicians accept insurance, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, and Aetna. If we are not contracted with your insurance, you may still be able to have your sessions covered if you have out of network benefits. We can help clients paying $80 and above file out of network (client is responsible for payment at the time of the appointment) by providing a statement/Superbill to submit for reimbursement through your insurance provider.

Questions for your Insurance Company

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required by my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cost of the treatment as booked. While we understand that situations may arise, as a nonprofit organization, cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals impact our ability to provide timely care to all clients.
