We believe quality mental health care should be accessible to all and offer a sliding fee scale based on household income and assets. To qualify for our sliding scale, please be prepared to show proof of assets/income or unemployment before your first appointment.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards, as well as health savings accounts (HSAs).
Several of our clinicians accept insurance, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Aetna, and Oscar.
Please note, we do NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.
Out of Network Options
- If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to receive reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
- Clients are responsible for payment at the time of each appointment.
- We can provide a detailed statement (also called a “superbill”) for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
What should I ask my insurance company?
If you plan to use insurance, including out-of-network benefits, it can be helpful to contact your insurance provider and ask:
1. What are my mental health benefits?
2. What is my deductible, and has it been met?
3. Can I be reimbursed for an out of network provider?
4. Is prior authorization or a referral from my primary care physician required?
