Dr. Chang is a consulting partner at SCCA, providing consultation to our staff. She is a professor at Georgia State University and a licensed professional counselor in Georgia, a national certified counselor, and a certified professional counselor supervisor. Dr. Chang earned her Ph.D. in Counseling and Counselor Education from UNC-Greensboro.
